Outside Scholarships

Outside Scholarships

An outside scholarship is any financial support given to a specific student by an outside entity. The selection of the recipient is determined and provided by the funding source. Examples include organizations, clubs, trusts, foundations, etc. Students are required to report any outside scholarship received to the Graduate Student Financial Services (SFS) office.

In efforts to help all ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç students (graduate and undergraduate) locate additional outside scholarships, the SFS office has created an Outside Scholarship Resource. With this tool, students can research different outside scholarships that have been made known to ¹ú²ú¾çÂ鶹¾ç through other students, organizations, and businesses. We hope that this tool proves to be useful for graduate students in finding additional outside aid. This website is continually being updated with new scholarships and information so be sure to check back regularly!
